There lies three tons of slate tile for the central bays of the ground floor and both bathrooms. To be installed by said homeowners, otherwise know as the cheap bastards, in order to save 'tons' of money.

we could do the drywalling ourselves too. we have done it. 3 times. hated it. don't tell the drywall contractor, but NO amount of money could make me do drywall seams again. I'd put trim strips over every one of them and call it a design feature.
