Our friend Frank the Tile Guy gave us a weekend and taught us to install the slate tile that will define the central bays of the house from front door foyer to the back door lakeside wall of windows 
and will provide the base for the two bathrooms. The tile slate is gray with flecks and swirls and streaks of golden and rust and burgundy tones, and is the inspiration for the mustard and grey color theme that will eventually appear in the house.
