What I Did On My Winter Vacation

I took a few days off a while back and went on sort of an 'art retreat' to my closed off-season gallery, where I moved displays and furniture over to the side to set up chairs to suspend scarves as long as 108" so that I could paint them.
This is my favorite of them, the one that I have chosen to keep and wear myself. The scarves are silk, and I draw on lines that divert into a leaf shape before resuming along to the other end, then I paint on shades and tones of colors of fabric dye.
They are fun to work on and a joy to wear.
